Who we are

This website is run by Oceanus Group Ltd, trading as Astwood Models. We are the controller of your personal data. Contact: models@astwoodmodels.com.

What we collect

• Enquiries: when you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, brand name, your message, the model you asked about, and where you came to our site from (for example an advert or another website).
• Website use: if analytics and advertising tools are switched on, they collect information about how you use the site. See Cookies below.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to quote and deliver work (our legitimate interests, or steps before a contract). To understand which adverts and pages bring enquiries (our legitimate interests, or your consent where the law requires it).

Who we share it with

Our website host and email provider, who process it for us. If switched on, Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and keep business records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies and similar storage

The site remembers in your browser where you first came from, so it can be included with an enquiry. If Google or Meta tools are switched on, they set their own cookies. If we add further analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
